Snips and snails, and puppy-dogs’ tails,
That’s what little boys are made of.

Here is his little wenis... haha!
Yup, It's official it's a baby boy! I am still in a little shock.. but my dream I had a few weeks ago about having a boy must have been a real sign! Zach of course is ecstatic, as am I. With this being our first child I really had no gender preference..but yes I have ga-ga eyes for the adorable dresses, head bands, etc. for little girls, but the boy stuff it cute too I guess.. haha.
The appointment went pretty well except our little boy was being very stubborn at times. He was facing toward the inside which was making it very hard to see the heart, which had me worried, but then she was able to make out the four chambers and said it looked perfect! But we still have to go back in two weeks because she wasn't able to detect everything since our little guy wouldn't cooperate and turn around. At times it looked like he was trying to do a head stand, he was also curled up in the fetal position at times too...and then after I went to the restroom he stretched out! I guess he needed some more room! haha. It was so crazy and incredible watching our little guy moving around inside of me! I really wish he would have turned around so that we could see some facial features too, oh well, hopefully at the next appointment! Our midwife said "oh wow, that's a big penis", when she saw the pictures, Zach and I both cracked up laughing. The baby also stretched his legs out and flexed his feet, it was just so amazing. I was getting emotional during the ultrasound I was so overwhelmed with happiness. And good news: all of my blood work came back great.. I'm in great health and the baby is developing just the way he should!! This makes me so so happy!
Here are some more pictures!
